摘要：意大利羅馬世界物質文化遺產保護組織使用午夜福利小电影光電便攜式拉曼午夜福利视频1000785nm檢測Morte di Santa Orsola 。測得的拉曼圖譜與數據庫rruff及文獻對比，可鑒別破損及褪色部分的顏料，維持原畫作的藝術效果。
古畫是珍貴的文物，具備優質的藝術欣賞價值與科學研究價值。因環境因素、人為因素的影響，經常會出現汙損、蟲蛀及發黴等情況，必須對古畫進行修複處理。古畫修複中會麵臨不能取樣，或由於尺寸、脆性和安全性等問題無法移動。午夜福利小电影光電和Youth in Conservation of Cultural Heritage - YOCOCU APS合作，選用便攜式拉曼午夜福利视频1000Oceanhood’s portable 785 nm Raman Spectrometer RK785-II instrument用於十八世紀下半葉Morte di Santa Orsola古畫修複研究。
顏料是古畫美感呈現的重要載體，在古畫修複中全色屬於主要環節之一，在破損或者褪色的部位填塗顏色相同的顏料，以維持原畫作的藝術效果。實驗表明，基於多光譜技術對古畫進行修複，不僅可以在保證不修改古畫的本來風貌的基礎上還原載體和各顏料的顏色，而且不依賴於人的主觀意向，因此這種方法更為精確。
拉曼光譜證實了通過XRF分析獲得的結果。藝術家調色板主要是由赭石組成的。使用朱砂作為紅色，是通過拉曼光譜中存在253、282和343 cm⁻¹的特征峰驗證的；通過224和404cm⁻¹證實混合的有紅赭石。
